Wow! It’s been a long road but we have finally published our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, and software Terms of Service!

How do you protect the privacy of software users? Who can share what, and who is in control? How do you balance a television show with so much intellectual property and a crew’s contributions? This is the balance we have worked so hard to achieve through our various legal policies, which are now available here on our website.

Our customers are both the crew members of the show and the producers and studios. Standard boilerplate legal language doesn’t cut it. We considered all scenarios, researched current privacy laws across the United States, and found a way to align our software with the privacy needs of our entire community.

This may all seem like boring stuff that no one wants to read, but it’s oh so important!
