FREELANCE PLAN

FREELANCE

The “Freelance” plan is perfect for an individual to use the automated script breakdown features to prepare a preliminary script budget or to understand a script better for an interview. You can access the Script, Scenes, Characters, and Sets pages and all of their time-saving features. 

Projects: 1 per plan. (Add an additional project for $50/mo. | Or subscribe to the annual plan and get two months free.

Add additional episodes to your project for $100 each per year. Special Union member pricing is available. Contact us for details.)

Users: 1 per plan.

Department types: All departments are included in the Script page. Break down your script and create PDF production breakdowns of all your elements. 

TEAM

The “Team” plan has unlimited users and offers the Department Breakdown Hub to the show portal. The Hub page gives a department a comprehensive view of their work in a table format (spreadsheet)  The team can add photos and plans to each scene element.  The Department Hub also has PDF reports designed for each department’s use case. 

Projects: 1.  (Film or Pilot.) Your show can add episodes for $100 each per year. There is no charge for an additional season beyond the episode charge. 

Users: Unlimited

Department types: All departments are included in the script breakdown. 

Department Breakdown page: Add support for a department $500 monthly per department. 

Absolutely. 

The “Freelance” plan can add accounts for an additional $5 a month per collaborator. We limit the total number of users in the Solo plan to four. 

You can have up to four users in a Freelance account. (Including yourself).

If you want to keep the additional seat in your account, you can add and remove collaborators in the project admin page. You will continue to pay for the additional user until the end of the billing period. And when you add a new team member, the seat will be reassigned to them.

To remove additional users from your plan send an email to [email protected] and we will adjust your billing for the following month. We do not credit partial months.

You can add as many additional projects as you desire for $50/mo | $500 per year each. (Special union discounts are available. Contact us.)

You can delete unneeded projects to keep your account at your custom pricing tier. 

Remember that each project can have multiple episodes, each with its own script. But the data from one project will be commingled. So it’s advisable to keep projects separated. 

TEAM PLAN

Our “Freelance” plan is perfect for an individual to use the automated script breakdown features to prepare a preliminary script budget or to understand a script better for an interview. 

The “Team” plan has unlimited users and adds the department breakdown pages to the show portal. A production department can add photos and plans to each scene element and more easily collaborate with their team and of course, the rest of the show. 

Your data will remain accessible indefinitely. Even after a project ends, ALL the data will be archived and available in “read-only” mode for the team to access. This includes any photos and drawings that were uploaded and stored during the season. So when you are on your next show all of your previous notes will be available to you. 

All of your show’s information from previous seasons is there and available to access. No particular import of data is required. You can be up and running with a new season the moment you let us know your show is back. 

Monthly plans get renewed on the last day of your recurring cycle. (Day you signed up/signed contract.) You can cancel at any time by logging into your account.

With Cinergy Team you get access to Priority Support. Priority support includes same day email response during business hours (9a– 6p) Eastern Monday – Friday.
